We’ll thoroughly look over your new furniture, plus clean and correct any minor defects.

We’ll remove all packaging materials and put them back on the truck for recycling & disposal.
Demonstration
We’ll show you all the features of your new furniture and teach you how to use it!
Shipping Options
Small Items Fedex / UPS
These items are small enough to safely ship with UPS or FedEx. Available shipping options may vary depending on the item but generally include:
1-Day Shipping: Your order will be delivered within: 1 business day once the order ships.
2-Day Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 2 business days once the order ships.
Ground Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 7-14 business days once the order ships.
Direct Shipping
Some products feature Direct Shipping from the manufacturer. Shipping fees are included in the price for these products. Direct Ship products are shipped via Fedex typically within 3 to 5 business days. An email with FedEx tracking information is sent once the order ships. Some assembly may be required for Direct Ship items.

2. Threshold Delivery
Delivery right inside the front door of your home.
Unpacking and assembly required.
First Door Delivery
We’ll bring your delivery inside the front door of your home.
Signature Required
A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required on the delivery receipt.
Delivered in the Box
You’ll need to open the merchandise, bring it to your room of choice, assemble it, and discard all packaging materials.
You in charge of Assembley
Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly.
Report Damage
You must notify HomeStore Gems about any damages by emailing us at homestoregems@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
